Description

  • Support the management of international benefits programs across EMEA, APJ, and NAMER, including leave, disability, life and risk insurance, medical, dental, vision, and pension plans.
  • Partner with brokers and benefits providers to administer plans, manage renewal cycles, and implement statutory or company-driven updates.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, People Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient benefits administration.
  • Analyze benefits utilization, market benchmarks, and employee feedback to generate insights and inform program improvements.
  • Improve the employee benefits experience by making programs and policies clear, accessible, and easy to navigate.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency across benefits administration.
  • Build collaborative relationships across the organization to understand evolving needs and support company objectives.
  • Contribute to global benefits strategy through program management, analytics, and stakeholder partnership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in benefits administration or benefits analysis, ideally in a technology or SaaS organization.
  • Experience supporting international benefits programs and working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Understanding of benefits compliance requirements and best practices across multiple regions.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to treat employee experience as a product, applying product management and design thinking to identify needs, prototype solutions, and drive execution.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools in the flow of work; familiarity with AI to enhance productivity is strongly preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel quarterly for in-person gatherings.
  • Experience managing or supporting global benefits programs across EMEA, APJ, and NAMER (preferred).
  • Experience working in a distributed or global technology company (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and HR systems such as Workday (preferred).
  • Familiarity with design thinking or product-style approaches to improving employee experience (preferred).
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar technologies to enhance productivity (preferred).

Benefits

  • US Zone 2 salary range: $136,200–$184,200 USD.
  • US Zone 3 salary range: $121,000–$163,800 USD.
  • Opportunity to work on global benefits strategy with cross-functional teams across People, Finance, Payroll, and HR Systems.
  • Exposure to a small, collaborative team environment.
  • Role focused on shaping employee benefits offerings that support employees globally.
