Description

  • Design and implement intelligent automation systems that connect data across platforms and reduce manual work.
  • Map operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and architect end-to-end automated workflows.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines across HRIS, case management, payroll, and other systems using APIs or native connectors.
  • Prototype and deploy automations using low-code/no-code platforms such as Zapier, Make, Retool, or n8n.
  • Develop and govern AI tools and agents for tasks such as document processing, query triage, policy guidance, and data auditing.
  • Design multi-agent patterns and governance controls, including human oversight, retries, fallbacks, and guardrails.
  • Create and maintain automation observability, logging, tracing, auditability, and access controls for HR data.
  • Develop operational data models and build dashboards and reports for auditing, compliance, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with Operations, Product, Design, Engineering, and IT on cross-functional initiatives and change management.
  • Mentor junior team members and help improve best practices across the operations team.

Requirements

  • Progressive experience in automation, business process optimization, and systems integration.
  • Experience translating operational pain points into automated solutions in partnership with Product, Engineering, Design, or IT teams.
  • Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services, preferably across a wide range of operational contexts.
  • Experience building automation in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments such as hiring, employment, or payroll.
  • Strong understanding of sensitive data lifecycle risk and data privacy obligations.
  • Hands-on experience with low-code workflow tools such as Zapier, Make, Retool, or n8n.
  • Comfort with light scripting in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript for APIs, webhooks, message queues, or custom agents.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
  • Experience working from LATAM or Eastern Europe is relevant to the role location.
  • Experience using SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Sigma for reporting and dashboards is preferred.
