Description

  • Manage a $2.5M revenue target from inbound leads and generate additional revenue through follow-ups.
  • Develop and manage a personal pipeline through strategic outbound business development efforts.
  • Qualify leads, assess client needs, and guide prospects from initial consultation through client kick-off.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and close growth opportunities with current clients.
  • Create and present SEO, PPC, and Analytics strategies to prospective clients and executive stakeholders.
  • Conduct preliminary competitive analyses for inbound opportunities and partner with divisional teams on research and risk assessment.
  • Prepare site-specific proposals and support contract negotiation with legal as needed.
  • Represent Seer at conferences, networking events, and in-person client meetings to generate new business.
  • Produce thought leadership content such as blog posts and conference presentations.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from Business Strategy to account teams during project handoff.

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on experience in SEO, paid media, or both.
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO audits, paid search performance, and organic traffic analysis.
  • Experience presenting strategy and defending recommendations to senior or C-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, with a preference for MEDDIC.
  • Proficiency with SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Ahrefs.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals, context-switch, and keep processes organized.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a diplomatic, client-facing approach.
  • Interest in AI, automation, and continuous learning.
  • Willingness to travel 20-25% for conferences and client visits.
  • Must be based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours.
