Description

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs and align Seeq’s solutions with business goals.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Address technical questions and advise prospective customers throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and refine demo assets, reusable content, and pre-sales best practices.
  • Share customer feedback with Product Management and Engineering to influence product development.
  • Research industry trends, customer use cases, and competitive offerings to position Seeq effectively.
  • Document solutions, success stories, and lessons learned for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Help develop industry-specific value propositions and solution accelerators for chemicals, mining, process manufacturing, and related markets.

Requirements

  • Technical experience relevant to industrial data analytics and SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience engaging with customers during discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-value activities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, solutions consulting, product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of industrial sectors such as chemicals, mining, or process manufacturing.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends, customer use cases, and competitive products.
  • Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing skills.
  • Authorization to work in the country of residence; Seeq does not sponsor US F1 or H-1B work visas.
