Description

  • Configure and implement CDPs including Salesforce Data 360, Tealium, Segment, or Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Build and maintain integrations with marketing automation, engagement, advertising, and analytics platforms.
  • Develop, validate, and troubleshoot data flows covering event collection, ingestion, enrichment, audience triggers, and activation.
  • Design and document web and app data layers, tagging plans, mappings, and implementation decisions.
  • Implement and maintain tags, JavaScript extensions, load rules, and data layer mappings in Tealium iQ, Google Tag Manager, and similar systems.
  • Implement server-side and event-stream collection using tools such as Tealium EventStream, server-side Google Tag Manager, and conversion APIs.
  • QA tagging, data collection, configurations, integrations, and audiences using developer tools, tag debuggers, and network inspection.
  • Build and test API integrations across data collection, CDP, and activation platforms.
  • Translate solution designs into implementation plans, tickets, and configuration specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, strategists, and client technical teams while developing reusable implementation patterns and accelerators.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with CDPs, marketing automation, or MarTech integrations.
  • Experience configuring at least one enterprise CDP and one engagement or marketing automation platform.
  • Strong JavaScript skills for tag management, extensions, and data layer implementation.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and debugging tag management systems and data layers.
  • Experience with REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, JSON payloads, and tools such as Postman.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and strong troubleshooting skills across data flows, integrations, and audience behavior.
  • Clear documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Salesforce Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud, Tealium, or Adobe certifications preferred.
  • Python, consent management platforms, mobile SDKs, Snowflake or BigQuery experience preferred.
  • MarTech consulting or agency delivery experience and automotive, OEM, or dealer-network experience preferred.
