Description

  • Partner with Account Managers on strategic opportunities from qualification through close, co-owning deal strategy and influence.
  • Lead technical and solution workstreams for complex, multi-stakeholder OEM, dealer group, and fleet sales.
  • Conduct structured discovery, qualify requirements and integration complexity, and connect customer needs to Keyloop outcomes.
  • Deliver tailored, outcome-led Fusion platform demonstrations and executive presentations.
  • Build commercial business cases and ROI models covering efficiency, revenue, cost, and risk outcomes.
  • Own written RFP and RFI responses using Loopio.
  • Handle technical and commercial objections and position Keyloop against DMS and platform competitors.
  • Design and manage proof-of-concept and pilot engagements, including success criteria, timelines, and executive readouts.
  • Share deal insights, demo practices, and competitive intelligence while supporting team onboarding and enablement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills, ideally using SPIN, MEDDIC, or an equivalent methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outcome-led demonstrations and executive-level presentations.
  • Experience building commercial business cases and ROI models for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6–18 months.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting at board level.
  • Automotive retail experience with OEMs, dealer groups, or fleet operations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with DMS, retail platforms, or automotive technology solutions (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Keyloop Fusion or related products such as DMS, Service Hub, Sales Hub, Vehicle Hub, or AI-AIME (preferred).
  • Experience with RFP/RFI processes and formal procurement cycles (preferred); academic qualifications are not required.
