Description

  • Establish technical best practices and mentor other team members within the Data Science organization.
  • Design, train, fine-tune, optimize, and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
  • Develop and maintain LLM-powered systems and multi-agent architectures for cybersecurity risk assessment workflows.
  • Build conversational AI agents and orchestrate interactions between multiple agents.
  • Create scalable RESTful APIs and microservices to expose model capabilities for product integration.
  • Implement continuous monitoring, data drift detection, and automated retraining to maintain model performance.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for data preprocessing, cleaning, transformation, and model training.
  • Stay current on emerging machine learning techniques, tools, and frameworks through research and experimentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience, or equivalent demonstrable skills, in ML Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a technical lead who can guide teams, establish best practices, and drive technical strategy.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis using Polars, Pandas, NumPy, or SQL.
  • Extensive experience with traditional machine learning and data science tasks such as feature engineering, model selection, evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.
  • Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.
  • Hands-on experience building multi-agent systems with LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) using LangChain and LlamaIndex.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Master’s or PhD degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is preferred.
  • Experience implementing MLOps practices, including CI/CD, Terraform, MLflow, and DVC is preferred.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining production-grade ML pipelines with monitoring, alerting, reproducibility, observability, and compliance is preferred.
