Description

  • Lead and support key value-added reseller partners to drive strategic growth and success.
  • Generate and accelerate pipeline through partner-driven sales activities, including joint outreach, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Develop, implement, and manage enablement programs for channel partners covering product knowledge, sales strategies, and technical expertise.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to evaluate progress and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular performance reports on pipeline generation, upsell activity, and overall partner success.
  • Use data and insights to track partner effectiveness and identify opportunities to optimize pipeline activities.
  • Collaborate with the Channel Marketing team on co-marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth and upsell opportunities.
  • Work with sales leadership to develop and execute joint sales strategies and go-to-market plans with channel partners.
  • Coordinate with fellow channel managers to ensure cohesive and consistent partner coverage.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience as a channel sales representative.
  • Cybersecurity and information security experience is mandatory.
  • Strong, verifiable relationships with VP-level and above contacts in the VAR community, including national VARs and regional VARs.
  • Exceptionally strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving above plan results, preferred.
  • Experience working for growth companies of similar scale, preferred.
  • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship for this position.
