Description

  • Build and maintain deal acceleration assets such as proposal templates, ROI calculators, competitive battlecards, case studies, and procurement or IT FAQ materials.
  • Maintain an up-to-date demo environment and develop discovery question frameworks by persona.
  • Translate product releases into sales-ready messaging and positioning for the sales team.
  • Own HubSpot reporting end to end and analyze pipeline velocity, deal bottlenecks, and cycle length by segment.
  • Share weekly pipeline insights with the VP of Sales and feed relevant findings back to the product team and SDR agency.
  • Write, test, and refine outbound sequences executed by the SDR agency.
  • Define and maintain ICP criteria and targeting lists for SDR outreach.
  • Track reply rates, meeting quality, and SQL conversion, and hold the SDR agency accountable to performance metrics.
  • Build partner enablement and co-sell materials so partners can position Searoutes effectively without direct sales support.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales support or customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in business process management.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or sustainability is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of HubSpot and analytics dashboards.
  • Experience working in a process-oriented role with a focus on sales operations or enablement is advantageous.
