Description

  • Drive net-new business by presenting the platform’s value proposition to business owners and executives.
  • Conduct engaging product demos and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Sell digital marketing solutions to legal clients across select verticals and territories, including personal injury, family, criminal, and employment.
  • Conduct discovery calls, customize demos, and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
  • Use a solution-based sales approach to exceed MRR targets and close deals.
  • Build strong relationships with new contacts to support client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Stay current on industry trends and technology to provide relevant insights to prospects.
  • Collaborate with teammates to contribute to a high-energy, team-oriented sales culture.
  • Participate in Scorpion’s sales training program and ongoing education.
  • Ramp to full quota by month three of employment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience in legal digital marketing solutions.
  • Proven track record of independently managing, developing, and closing new client relationships.
  • Experience achieving more than $5K in monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
  • Past promotion into a closing sales role from a BDR or SDR-type position.
  • Strong ability to communicate how services impact client performance metrics and business goals.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Seismic, Chili Piper, Spiff, CanIRank, and Zoom.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.
  • Client-centric mindset with a passion for customer success and exceeding expectations.
  • Willingness to complete a three-week training program and continue professional development.
  • Preferred focus on one or two legal verticals and territories, such as personal injury, family, criminal, or employment.

  • Base salary of $60,000 to $79,000, with total compensation of $115,000 to $130,000 including annual variable pay.
