Description

  • Drive net-new business by presenting the value proposition to business owners and executives.
  • Run discovery calls, customize demos, and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
  • Sell digital marketing solutions to new home service clients across one or two assigned verticals and territories.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and close deals using a solution-based sales approach.
  • Consistently exceed 5k MRR targets and meet sales performance goals.
  • Build strong relationships with new contacts to support client satisfaction and business wins.
  • Stay current on industry trends and technology to provide relevant insights to prospects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a high-energy, team-oriented culture.
  • Participate in training and ongoing development to build product and sales expertise.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience in home service digital marketing solutions.
  • Proven experience independently managing, developing, and closing new client relationships.
  • History of achieving over 5k in MRR and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Past promotion from a BDR or SDR-type role into a closing role.
  • Experience selling into one or two home service verticals such as roofing, solar, HVAC, plumbing, pest control, or landscaping.
  • Ability to communicate how services impact client performance metrics and business goals.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Seismic, Chili Piper, Spiff, CanIRank, and Zoom.
  • Strong collaborative skills and comfort working in a high-energy team environment.
  • Willingness to complete a three-week sales training program and continue learning.
  • Ability to achieve full quota within three months of start date.

  • Base salary of $60,000 to $79,000, with total salary plus annual variable compensation of $128,000 to $147,000.
