Description

  • Own customer inquiries and implementation requests from initial contact through resolution.
  • Build customer relationships and identify opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and account expansion.
  • Configure customer accounts, workflows, integrations, and AI-powered solutions.
  • Troubleshoot implementations involving APIs, webhooks, automation, scripting, and third-party integrations.
  • Create proofs of concept, tailored demos, documentation, and enablement materials.
  • Translate customer workflows and feedback into product requirements, user stories, specifications, and implementation details.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feature development, prioritization, and customer solutions.
  • Experiment with AI tools and new product capabilities to develop practical customer use cases.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer requirements, configurations, commitments, and outstanding actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, SaaS Implementation, Technical Support, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience with SaaS or technology products, preferably in a fast-growing or startup environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with customers and technical teams.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to work with APIs, webhooks, integrations, automation tools, scripting, and AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs, including writing, testing, and improving prompts.
  • Experience or familiarity with prompt engineering, Zapier, CRM or customer success platforms, no-code/low-code tools, or technical product implementation.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and actionable tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, project management, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and supporting expansion opportunities.
