Description

  • Own the end-to-end implementation experience for a portfolio of school districts, including onboarding, data ingestion, configuration, training, change management, communication, and ongoing project management.
  • Lead kickoff calls and project alignment sessions with district stakeholders to define ownership, rollout timelines, and measurable success criteria.
  • Build phased implementation plans tailored to each district’s purchased modules, grade levels served, and state compliance requirements.
  • Maintain an implementation tracker for each district, documenting project status, action items, decisions, and upcoming milestones in Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Lead recurring check-in calls with district champions and executive sponsors to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
  • Proactively identify risks to launch timelines and escalate issues to the Director of Implementations as needed.
  • Build trusted relationships with counselors, administrators, and CTE leaders across districts.
  • Translate district goals into actionable rollout plans and support successful, sustained platform adoption.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in implementation, customer success, project management, or a client-facing role.
  • Preferred experience in K-12 EdTech or education services.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across different clients, timelines, and configurations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort presenting to district leadership and writing clear, action-oriented follow-ups.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to build consistent processes across a varied client portfolio.
  • Familiarity with Gainsight and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Understanding of how K-12 districts operate is highly desirable.
