Description

  • Lead and support client software implementations, with a focus on construction industry clients.
  • Guide customers through system configuration, financial workflows, and reporting needs using Sage Intacct and construction-specific knowledge.
  • Resolve customer questions, track issues, and escalate them according to company guidelines.
  • Follow Aktion’s implementation methodology to support successful client delivery.
  • Proactively communicate with clients and internal team members to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience with Sage Intacct ERP software.
  • Demonstrated accounting and financial skills.
  • Prior construction experience preferred, either in a consulting role or in a financial leadership position such as Controller, CFO, Project Accountant, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work from home.
  • Midwest location preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 20–30%.
  • Experience in a construction-related consulting or finance leadership role is preferred.
