Description

  • Translate customer business requirements into Eagle Eye platform capabilities.
  • Own the technical solution with the customer and support their technical teams during delivery.
  • Design integrations and solutions that meet business requirements without core platform coding changes.
  • Work with system architecture and database technologies to inform solution design.
  • Collaborate closely with Product teams to feed in feature changes, improvements, and custom work.
  • Keep up to date with product changes and the future roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities for additional revenue within existing customer engagements.
  • Plan, facilitate, and lead functional and technical workshops for larger customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide detailed functional and technical guidance on front end and API features.

Requirements

  • Proven experience planning, facilitating, and leading workshops and meetings to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Proven experience delivering complex software solutions to large retail customers.
  • Strong technical and functional understanding of software platforms, especially APIs.
  • Strong understanding of database and other system components.
  • Excellent analytical skills to map customer requirements to platform capabilities.
  • Excellent specification and technical writing skills.
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Awareness of security considerations underlying the Eagle Eye platform.
  • Awareness of the software development lifecycle.
  • Understanding of the retail and/or hospitality technology space is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and remain flexible.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take control and make decisions.
  • Highly organised, collaborative, and technically competent.
  • Excellent communicator who is confident in customer-facing situations.
