Description

  • Build and refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas for targeted outbound outreach.
  • Research and build targeted B2B prospect lists segmented by industry and buyer type.
  • Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including writing and testing messaging, subject lines, and CTAs.
  • Run A/B tests and iterate on outbound messaging to improve reply and meeting-booking rates.
  • Develop repeatable outbound playbooks by segment or industry and document successful tactics.
  • Deliver sales-ready SQLs with clear context, qualification details, and recommended next steps.
  • Work with SEO and design teams to improve landing page conversion and inbound lead capture quality.
  • Optimize HubSpot forms, UTMs, lead attribution, and basic workflows to improve funnel routing and nurturing.
  • Manage CRM lists, segmentation, lifecycle stages, dashboard tracking (MQL → SQL → meetings), and maintain CRM hygiene.

Requirements

  • Experience with Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably with an outbound focus.
  • Strong cold email and LinkedIn outreach skills with experience writing and testing messaging.
  • Experience defining ICPs and building prospect lists.
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub for lists, forms, workflows, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of lead funnels and ability to track MQL→SQL→meeting metrics.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing campaigns based on results and A/B testing.
  • High ownership and execution-focused mentality with comfort being accountable to KPIs.
  • Remote work requirements (Philippines): at least 3 hours overlap with US Pacific Time (examples: 1 PM–10 PM PT / 3 PM–12 AM PH Time), reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps) with a backup connection, and a computer capable of running analytics tools; strong written communication for async collaboration.
