Description

  • Own and operate an assigned industry vertical as a mini-business inside ScaleSource.
  • Generate and close your own contracts while building the sales system.
  • Define target customers and develop outreach strategies.
  • Build the prospect pipeline, CRM process, scripts, and reporting from scratch.
  • Use AI and automation to improve speed, consistency, and team output.
  • Add new team members to the pod as the vertical scales.
  • Run weekly scorecards and report on performance, wins, and issues.
  • Own the pod’s numbers and accountability for results.
  • Create a repeatable sales process and achieve the vertical’s 90-day and ongoing contract targets.

Requirements

  • Solid B2B sales experience, including hands-on outbound and inbound selling.
  • Experience managing or coaching a sales team with real accountability.
  • Experience owning a team’s number, not just an individual quota.
  • Ability to build sales systems, playbooks, and processes without a template.
  • Strong data instincts with the ability to track metrics, find patterns, and adjust.
  • Daily use of AI tools to improve research, speed, and output.
  • Strong spoken and written English.
  • Overlap with U.S. business hours, with Central Time preferred.
  • Experience selling to U.S.-based business owners or decision-makers is preferred.
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, BPO, virtual assistant, or remote talent sales is a plus.
  • Experience selling to SMBs, franchise brands, franchisees, clinics, home services companies, agencies, or multi-location operators is a plus.
  • Experience with funnel building, landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lead411, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, or Close is a plus.
  • Experience creating sales content, short videos, webinars, case studies, scripts, or prospect education materials is a plus.

Benefits

  • Remote work from anywhere.
  • Monday–Friday schedule with 8 hours per day overlapping U.S. Central Time.
  • Compensation of $1,250 USD per month for the first 90 days.
  • Compensation of $1,500 USD per month after the first 90 days.
  • Uncapped commissions.
  • 24-business-hour response time for applicants.
