Description

  • Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
  • Help customers understand Cribl’s value during the sales process.
  • Articulate the value proposition across the organization, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Forecast accurately and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Own accountability for leading indicators and pipeline performance.
  • Work remotely across multiple time zones when needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying enterprise and security sales experience.
  • Experience selling to security and IT personas, including SIEM and observability stakeholders, CISO, and CIO audiences.
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup with fewer than 1,000 employees, or demonstrated entrepreneurial experience.
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos per year.
  • Experience running a complex sales process.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell unbudgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC.
  • Must be based in Michigan and live locally to the territory.
  • Availability to occasionally work outside standard hours due to global, cross-time-zone collaboration.
