Description

  • Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy and weekly posting cadence for Calvin Smith.
  • Grow Calvin’s LinkedIn audience, reach, engagement, and overall authority.
  • Turn founder ideas, stories, podcast conversations, business lessons, and other raw material into posts, newsletters, outlines, and speaker pitches.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of speaking, podcast, panel, workshop, accelerator, franchise, and event opportunities.
  • Research, list, outreach to, and follow up with target speaking and community opportunities.
  • Use LinkedIn to build relationships through comments, DMs, connection requests, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Track weekly performance metrics and report on scorecard data such as follower growth, impressions, engagement, and opportunities advanced.
  • Create repeatable systems for outreach, follow-up, content repurposing, and opportunity generation.
  • Work closely with Calvin, the Integrator, editors, sales, and podcast team members to move initiatives forward.
  • Test what content and outreach tactics work, then double down on the highest-performing approaches.

Requirements

  • At least 2 of the following: 12+ months managing LinkedIn content for a founder, executive, coach, consultant, creator, agency owner, or business leader; growing a LinkedIn profile by 10,000+ followers; writing or managing 100+ LinkedIn posts; creating content that produced measurable business outcomes.
  • At least 1 of the following: booking or helping book 3+ speaking, podcast, webinar, panel, workshop, or event opportunities; building a 100+ target outreach list; managing outreach and follow-up for founder/executive opportunities; working directly with event organizers, podcast hosts, communities, universities, accelerators, or business groups.
  • Strong English writing ability and the ability to write like a human without sounding generic or AI-generated.
  • Ability to capture another person’s voice, write sharp hooks, turn messy ideas into clear posts, and repurpose long conversations into short content.
  • Experience tracking performance metrics such as follower growth, impressions, engagement rate, profile views, connection requests, DM replies, qualified conversations, and content-influenced leads or revenue.
  • Must use AI at least weekly, preferably daily, and be comfortable using tools like ChatGPT or Claude for research, drafting, repurposing, outreach, and workflow building.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, push back when needed, tell the truth when something is not working, and own outcomes without being chased.
  • Must be able to give short Loom/video updates, collaborate with Calvin and team members, move fast without perfect instructions, and start within 14 days of offer.
  • Must submit the required video application and share your LinkedIn profile.
  • Preferred experience with founder-led brands, EOS, business coaching, consulting, professional services, franchise audiences, investor audiences, accelerator audiences, podcast guest outreach, newsletter writing, ghostwriting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Skool/community growth, AI-assisted content systems, and remote team collaboration.
