Description

  • Engage with pre-qualified leads in the $5K–$25K+ range and close deals end-to-end.
  • Run structured discovery calls and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Handle objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations with authority.
  • Maintain high conversion rates and deal velocity, and flag stalled deals immediately.
  • Translate complex offerings such as virtual staffing, sales systems, and AI-driven automation into business outcomes.
  • Adapt the sales approach based on prospect needs and real-time feedback.
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks in lead quality, messaging, and qualification.
  • Recommend refinements to scripts, positioning, and closing frameworks.
  • Share best practices and insights to improve team performance.
  • Mentor junior closers and uphold a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

  • Proven track record closing high-ticket deals in the $5K–$25K+ range with $500K–$1M+ in annual revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions such as systems, services, and AI workflows.
  • Exceptional consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions on whether deals close or require escalation.
  • High accountability for accurate reporting, forecasting, and deal documentation.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Kixie, Zoom, or equivalent.
  • Comfort working with Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Ability to work US-aligned hours in a remote, flexible environment.
  • Elite-level experience; this role is not suitable for entry-level or mid-level closers.
