Description

  • Maintain and organize sales content in enablement platforms such as Highspot so materials are current and easy to access.
  • Curate and govern sales playbooks, battlecards, competitive insights, and other training materials.
  • Support content lifecycle management by archiving outdated resources and updating relevant materials.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding programs, including access to training materials and certifications.
  • Coordinate and support sales training sessions, bootcamps, webinars, and role-based enablement programs.
  • Track training completion and maintain dashboards to monitor engagement and learning progress.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for sales reps requesting help with enablement tools, training resources, or content access.
  • Provide technical and administrative support for sales enablement tools, including updates, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for enablement programs and training sessions.
  • Track and report on enablement metrics such as training completion, content engagement, and tool adoption.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, and/or training and development.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools such as Highspot, Showpad, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking enablement KPIs and reporting on program effectiveness.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology sales environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Command of the Message and/or MEDDPICC methodologies is a plus.
  • Completion of security and privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter, if required for the role.
