Description

  • Develop clear value propositions, positioning, and messaging for solutions.
  • Translate product features into customer outcomes and maintain scalable messaging frameworks.
  • Own go-to-market plans for new solution launches and major releases from strategy through execution.
  • Partner with Solutions, Sales, and Demand Gen to ensure successful launches and audience targeting.
  • Equip Sales with pitch decks, talk tracks, battlecards, FAQs, demos, and objection-handling tools.
  • Train Sales and Practice teams on positioning, competitive differentiation, and winning strategies.
  • Conduct customer research, win/loss analysis, and market analysis to inform strategy.
  • Track competitors and keep competitive intelligence current and usable.
  • Bring customer and market insights into product roadmap discussions.
  • Align with Product Management, Demand Gen, Content, Brand, and Partners to drive consistency and impact.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Proven experience owning go-to-market strategy and sales enablement.
  • Prior experience in a professional services, consulting, or services-led organization.
  • Experience working closely with Product and Sales teams.
  • Strong storytelling and messaging instincts.
  • Ability to use data and qualitative insight to inform decisions.
  • Comfort presenting to sales, executives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a bias toward action and ownership.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and managing competing priorities.
  • Nice-to-have experience in data, analytics, or AI domains.
  • Nice-to-have experience supporting field sales and solution engineering or pre-sales teams.
  • Nice-to-have experience with win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence programs.
  • Nice-to-have experience marketing to enterprise buyers and multiple personas.
  • Based in the US, with a preference for candidates in the Central or East regions.
  • Comfort working remotely with a distributed global team and occasional time-zone flexibility.
