Description

Analyze call recordings, performance data, and KPIs to identify strengths, gaps, and coaching opportunities for agents and teams.
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, group training workshops, role-playing exercises, and real-time call support.
Improve sales techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge through targeted coaching and training.
Develop and deliver customized training materials for new hires and ongoing development.
Create campaign briefings, sales pitches, sales scripts, and sales-focused knowledge articles.
Collaborate with team managers and quality assurance to track progress and report on training effectiveness.
Recommend process improvements based on performance trends and coaching insights.
Analyze sales KPIs and outbound campaign performance at both team and advisor level.

Requirements

At least 5 years of sales experience.
At least 2 years of experience in sales management, training, or coaching roles such as training, team lead, coach, or QA.
Strong English skills and fluency in Dutch or French; bilingual French/Dutch is highly preferred.
Proven track record of improving sales performance through coaching.
Familiarity with call center and sales metrics such as gross conversion, net conversion, sign ratio, and AHT.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Strong soft skills and a team-player mindset.
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, including experience creating trainings.
Familiarity with coaching frameworks such as SMART.
Passion for continuous learning and collaboration in a global setting.
