Description

  • Lead the NY Metro region across NY, Eastern PA, and DE with ownership of revenue growth, market expansion, team development, strategic execution, and partner strategy.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Enterprise and Major Account Executives.
  • Build a high-performing sales organization and develop future leaders within the team.
  • Drive strategy and execution for large, complex enterprise opportunities and multi-threaded deals.
  • Navigate complex buying environments and win competitive enterprise deals.
  • Partner with Global Systems Integrators and top security channel partners to accelerate and close deals.
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition across the region.
  • Expand existing customer accounts by helping clients realize full platform value.
  • Build and manage a predictable, metrics-driven revenue engine.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of outperforming in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
  • 4+ years leading teams in Strategic or Major Accounts segments.
  • Deep experience working with GSIs and security channel ecosystems.
  • Strong, credible network across enterprise customers and partners in the region.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop top talent, not just manage teams.
  • Experience winning large, complex enterprise deals.
  • Analytical, operationally rigorous, and highly focused on execution.
  • Ability to both set strategy and actively close deals.
  • Must complete security and privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter.
  • Must review, understand, and adhere to Saviynt’s Information Security and Privacy Policies and Procedures.
