Description

  • Establish Saviynt’s presence in the Canadian Public Sector by identifying and securing relevant contract vehicles and provincial standing offers.
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market playbook for federal and provincial markets, adapting messaging to local compliance and data residency needs.
  • Partner with cloud, field sales, and product teams to align the roadmap with Canadian government requirements.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, POCs, RFI/RFP responses, and closing complex government tenders.
  • Generate pipeline through personal networks, partner channels, and marketing events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in SFDC and provide executive visibility into the pipeline.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while balancing short-term wins with strategic long-cycle accounts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS or identity/security solutions to Canada’s Public Sector.
  • Federal public sector experience is required; provincial public sector experience is a significant plus.
  • Deep understanding of Canadian government procurement processes, including SSC, Treasury Board guidelines, and contract vehicles such as SLSA, ProServices, and TBIPS.
  • Sophisticated understanding of PSPC contracting authorities, including IT Category Management, the Acquisitions Program, and the Specialized Services Sector (SSS).
  • Experience navigating GC technical and security constraints, including GCdocs restrictions, file-sharing protocols, and Protected B data handling protocols.
  • A ready network of cybersecurity contacts at the ADM, DG, and Director levels within major departments such as SSC, DND, ESDC, and IRCC.
  • Successful history of working with Canadian resellers, SIs, and advisories that hold government relationships.
  • Ability to obtain, or currently hold, a Government of Canada Security Clearance at the Reliability or Secret level is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Identity Management, Cloud Privileged Access Management, and/or Cloud Security Governance technology is a major plus.
