Description

  • Enable partners on Saviynt products through training, workshops, and technical guidance.
  • Develop joint solution offerings, sales plays, and technical solutions with partners.
  • Deliver technical presentations that demonstrate enterprise solutions and solution value to business and technical audiences.
  • Provide best practices and answer feasibility questions related to integration architecture.
  • Collaborate with product management to share partner requirements and influence roadmap direction.
  • Contribute to partner-led product marketing activities, webinars, and blogs.
  • Support business development and partner directors by prioritizing and managing regional opportunities.
  • Gather and communicate field feedback, solution input, and competitive intelligence to internal teams.
  • Travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent knowledge demonstrated through technical certifications.
  • Technical certifications such as ISACA, (ISC)², AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Security Engineer are accepted as equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of solutions engineering or implementation experience.
  • Proven track record of enabling new and existing partners or distributors.
  • Experience in privileged access management, identity governance and administration, application GRC, or cloud security is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of identity governance and administration concepts such as identity lifecycle management, entitlements management, access request, workflow, policy and role management, access certification, audit, reporting/analytics, and deployment scenarios.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with relational databases and query tools such as MySQL and Elastic Search.
  • Basic understanding of Groovy, PowerShell, and Graph API.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization standards including SAML, OAuth/2, SCIM, OpenID, WS-Trust, SPNEGO, x.509, SPML, Kerberos, REST, and JSON.
  • Understanding of data governance concepts, compliance regulations, and security frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, SOX, NERC-CIP, HIPAA, COBIT, CIS, CSA, NIST, and PCI.
  • Experience with AzureAD, Okta UD, JumpCloud, OneLogin, PingDirectory, Active Directory, eDirectory, Oracle Internet Directory, Radiant Logic, or other cloud/LDAP/virtual directories.
  • Basic understanding of networking technologies such as HTTP, TCP/IP, firewalls, and encryption.
  • Ability to manage technical team relationships with existing and prospective partners.
  • Comfort working with security & privacy training and policy adherence requirements during onboarding and annually thereafter.
