Description

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic solution provider partners across the region.
  • Build partner-sourced pipeline and drive attainment of annual revenue goals.
  • Design and execute lead-generation programs with partners.
  • Track sales activity and partner engagement in Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing and enablement teams on go-to-market initiatives.
  • Develop a network of certified partner implementation specialists.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders, including regional sales teams.
  • Participate in regional sales activities and partner events to generate pipeline.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of partner management experience in enterprise software.
  • Experience evaluating existing partner networks and building new relationships.
  • Experience working with solution providers, consultants, and global systems integrators.
  • Proven success in pipeline generation and quota attainment in strategic and enterprise segments.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Cybersecurity and identity experience preferred.
  • Must reside in or near a major market in the New England, New York Metro, or Mid-Atlantic (DC/Maryland/Virginia) region.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
  • Ability to complete required security and privacy literacy training during onboarding and annually thereafter.
  • Ability to review, understand, and adhere to information security and privacy policies and procedures.
