Description

  • Serve as the primary technical authority and trusted advisor for assigned clients throughout their Saviynt engagement.
  • Lead the technical definition, scoping, and design of complex identity security solutions.
  • Prepare RFP responses, professional services estimates, project plans, ROMs, and Statements of Work.
  • Own technical execution of SOWs and provide hands-on oversight, troubleshooting, and escalation support.
  • Conduct regular technical reviews with customers to identify issues and improve platform utilization.
  • Monitor support requests and client environments to spot recurring patterns and drive product or process improvements.
  • Partner with account teams to identify and develop up-sell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver technical demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, Customer Professional Services, Engineering, and Product Management.
  • Support regional services resourcing, forecasting, timesheet approvals, and invoicing approvals.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience delivering enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  • 10+ years of experience leading scoping, planning, and delivery of large-scale identity security projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience in engineering, architecture, and complex technical problem-solving.
  • Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management skills with senior-level customers and partners.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent, technically complex projects with responsibility for timelines, budgets, and expectations.
  • Deep knowledge of project planning, resource management, scope definition, schedule management, status reporting, and technical documentation.
  • Substantial IGA experience is mandatory.
  • Experience with SaaS security platforms is required.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST, LDAP, and database connectors.
  • Knowledge of directory services such as LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
  • Experience with one or more IGA products such as SailPoint, Okta, Oracle OIM, or Saviynt.
  • Experience with core technical stack elements including XML, SPML/SOAP, web/application servers, HTML, Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL, Java, .NET, or C++.
  • Experience with enterprise HR systems such as SAP or PeopleSoft is preferred.
  • PAM knowledge is a plus, and familiarity with Pathlock, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea is beneficial.
  • Understanding of security frameworks such as Zero Trust, NIST, and ISO27001 is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with Access Management, SSO, and MFA concepts is nice to know.
  • Experience responding to Service RFPs and producing Service Contracts/SOWs is required.

Benefits

  • Salary range of 150,000 zł to 175,000 zł per year, negotiable based on experience.
