Description

  • Develop and manage go-to-market plans for key portfolio products, including launch planning, messaging, and competitive positioning.
  • Align marketing, product, and sales teams around product launches and divisional campaigns.
  • Create solution positioning and customer-facing assets such as playbooks, presentations, webpages, brochures, videos, and one-pagers.
  • Enable sales teams with insights, tools, training sessions, and collateral refinement based on feedback and usage data.
  • Build and run full-funnel marketing campaigns in German and English across webinars, sponsored content, paid social, email, search, PR, and account-based marketing.
  • Partner with agencies to execute integrated campaigns that generate demand and measurable pipeline growth.
  • Plan and manage participation in events, conferences, and roundtables with the central events team.
  • Collaborate with a centralized global marketing team across digital, social media, marketing operations, creative, content, analyst relations, and PR.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing or sales experience in financial technology, financial services, or software/SaaS, ideally in lending solutions.
  • Proven ability to market to senior banking decision-makers.
  • Strong sales enablement experience and ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear value.
  • C2-level fluency in both German and English.
  • Strong project management skills with a structured, systematic approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working closely with go-to-market teams.
  • Creativity and initiative in developing and refining marketing programs and content.
  • Experience working with marketing, product, and sales stakeholders across multiple initiatives.
  • Preferred: experience in lending solutions and/or banking-focused marketing.
