Description

  • Identify, target, and acquire net-new customers in the government sector to grow revenue.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers and build a pipeline of enterprise mobility prospects.
  • Provide direct customers with technical and product knowledge, marketing materials, and sales tools.
  • Drive direct sales of mobile devices, software, and services to government customers and close deals.
  • Develop and execute direct sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales approaches.
  • Share market insights and feedback with leadership to improve offerings and sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer activity, sales progress, and forecast data.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience in the enterprise technology or mobility sector for the government market.
  • Proven direct sales experience in enterprise mobile devices, software, and services, with a focus on government or federal customers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast, analyze data, and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for business expansion.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings, events, and conferences, primarily in the Washington DC area.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer without restrictions.
  • 6+ years of direct sales experience within regulated industries (preferred).
  • U.S. military experience or experience contracting to the DoD or another U.S. government agency (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Samsung mobile devices, Knox software, accessories, and related services (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Omnissa or Blackberry EMM/UEM (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise mobility market (preferred).
  • Preference for candidates based in the Washington, D.C. metro area; role is remote and relocation is not provided.
