Description

  • Serve as a representative of the executive by coordinating meetings, managing email correspondence, and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize multiple executive calendars.
  • Plan and book complex travel itineraries.
  • Manage work-related expenses and budget tracking.
  • Create and manage agendas for departmental staff meetings.
  • Organize and plan internal events such as off-sites and team-building activities.
  • Anticipate executive needs and respond to requests quickly and effectively.
  • Handle general administrative duties and ad hoc project management tasks as needed.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles across the team and organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Ability to travel to and from the office on occasion and for other events.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to handle sensitive scenarios and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience working with procurement, budgeting, and travel tools.
  • Experience supporting a GTM organization, ideally Sales.
  • Based near a US office hub such as San Francisco, Atlanta, or Phoenix (preferred).
  • Experience supporting sales leaders with AOP planning and team incentives (preferred).
  • Salesforce experience (preferred).
  • Experience working with Navan (preferred).

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $93,415 to $157,000 USD.
  • Eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff.
