Description

  • Recruit and personally enroll senior Salesforce executives from large enterprise accounts into the council.
  • Develop and maintain a curated target member list with Flosum leadership, ensuring diversity across industry, company size, and seniority.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for members and own the member experience from invitation through ongoing engagement.
  • Set and enforce membership criteria to preserve the exclusivity, trust, and caliber of the group.
  • Design the programming calendar, including track themes, session topics, panel compositions, and roundtable formats.
  • Curate content tracks aligned to Salesforce executive priorities such as budgeting, hiring, innovation, governance, and data strategy.
  • Source, prepare, and coach council members to serve as panelists and discussion leads.
  • Lead and facilitate all sessions, including panel discussions, roundtables, and networking segments.
  • Enforce Chatham House Rules and the no-sales-pitch policy throughout the council.
  • Build and manage the collaboration infrastructure, communication channels, onboarding, scheduling, and follow-up logistics.
  • Foster year-round engagement through introductions, asynchronous discussion, and continuous community value.
  • Track member engagement, satisfaction, and feedback to improve the program.
  • Surface market trends, member challenges, and strategic insights to Flosum leadership.
  • Collaborate with Flosum leadership to align community strategy with broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in IT or enterprise technology leadership, such as CIO, VP of IT, or Sr. Director of Enterprise Applications.
  • Strong Salesforce ecosystem knowledge and credibility with Salesforce decision makers.
  • Demonstrated experience building and/or leading an executive peer group, advisory council, or similar network.
  • Experience working with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 or Global 2000 companies.
  • Proven facilitation skills for moderating executive panels and leading productive roundtables.
  • Strong content instincts and the ability to shape programming that resonates with senior executives.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build processes from scratch.
  • A natural connector who earns trust quickly and follows through reliably.
  • Ability to manage senior-room dynamics, draw out insights, and keep discussions productive.
  • Ownership mindset focused on outcomes, strategic value, and community success.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing operational details effectively.
  • Prior experience running a Customer Advisory Board (CAB) or executive peer network in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology (nice to have).
  • An existing network of senior Salesforce ecosystem contacts (nice to have).
  • Experience in DevOps, release management, or regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or government (nice to have).
  • Background in executive coaching, organizational development, or strategic consulting (nice to have).
