Description

  • Build, deliver, and facilitate cohort-based one-to-many training programs that guide customers from onboarding through advanced product adoption.
  • Design new training experiences that combine physical and digital assets for live sessions and community-based learning.
  • Produce new training materials and adapt existing content to reflect product updates, audience needs, team standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Use internal and external tools and platforms to improve training delivery and engagement.
  • Demonstrate platform expertise and answer a wide range of customer questions during live sessions.
  • Manage live session logistics, including registration, delivery, Q&A, polling, and post-session follow-up resources.
  • Collaborate with the CS Scale and Education teams to shape live training content and share customer feedback.
  • Identify common knowledge gaps across the customer base and work with Customer Success and Product teams to address them through programming.
  • Analyze engagement and impact data and iterate on content to improve effectiveness.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles while supporting global scale and growth.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience teaching or delivering training, including at least 1 year in a one-to-many or scaled delivery model.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for large, diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect well with people at any level of an organization.
  • Ability to build digital learning assets such as video tutorials, job aids, and presentation decks using AI models, authoring tools, and editing tools.
  • Working grasp of instructional design and the ability to structure content around clear learning objectives.
  • Self-directed, analytical, and able to learn new products and tools quickly.
  • Ability to analyze engagement and impact data and use it to improve content.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and detail orientation while managing multiple programs and sessions concurrently.
  • Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with webinar and virtual classroom platforms and tools is preferred.
  • Experience with LMS and Community platforms, customer education content development tools, or a background in SaaS product training is preferred.

  • Annual base salary range of $80,622.50 to $108,400 USD.
