Description

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Sentec products across key market segments to support revenue growth goals.
  • Deliver onsite and virtual customer training, education, and curriculum programs in collaboration with the local sales team.
  • Support new hire, ongoing sales training, and development efforts with the field sales and marketing organization.
  • Provide CE and non-CE presentations, including in-person state and potential national society presentations.
  • Participate in product evaluations and installations.
  • Assess customer and clinical team needs and provide comprehensive education, hands-on training, maintenance guidance, and troubleshooting support.
  • Ensure optimal bedside use of the technology in new and existing accounts.
  • Develop and communicate the clinical and economic value proposition of the technology to care providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Current RRT license required.
  • Prior experience training or educating healthcare professionals preferred.
  • Prior experience in the medical device industry in a Clinical Specialist role highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred.
  • Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs/materials.
  • Must be vaccinated for COVID-19 and obtain any additional required vaccinations for vendor credentialing.
  • Ability to travel overnight approximately 50% of the time and work flexible hours.
  • Remote, home-based position in the greater New Orleans area.
