Description

  • Lead workshops to analyze legacy procurement workflows and identify high-ROI opportunities for Coupa AI agents.
  • Define the strategic deployment approach for agents, including which processes should be fully autonomous versus human-in-the-loop.
  • Set future-state target operating models and KPIs aligned to board-level business goals.
  • Assess customer AI readiness across culture, data, and process maturity.
  • Identify organizational, policy, and workforce blockers to AI adoption and help leadership remove them.
  • Advise on change management, including the creation of AI Centers of Excellence and retraining for an AI workforce.
  • Guide customers on governance and policy updates needed for autonomous agent actions.
  • Serve as the vision lead for technical teams by defining the transformation direction that Agentic Architects will implement.
  • Bridge customer transformation goals with Coupa’s product roadmap to keep clients ahead of market changes.
  • Deliver executive-facing impact reporting that demonstrates measurable operational improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional digital transformation initiatives at the enterprise level.
  • Professional fluency in Source-to-Pay (S2P) procurement and finance processes.
  • Deep understanding of generative AI and agentic AI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, and autonomous agents.
  • Ability to explain what AI agents can and cannot do today.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to secure C-suite buy-in and collaborate with functional leaders.
  • Experience in Tier-1 management consulting or comparable large-scale transformation leadership roles.
  • Coupa platform experience is a plus, but agent-first thinking is more important than platform familiarity.
  • Experience guiding clients through major implementation or transformation programs and building strong advocacy is preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate measurable operational efficiency outcomes through executive reporting is preferred.
