Description

  • Develop and execute a data-driven customer acquisition and expansion strategy across paid search, paid social, and other performance channels.
  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, from ideation and audience targeting to trafficking, creative optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Adapt and localize global performance strategies for specific EMEA markets, including tailoring campaigns to regional market dynamics and buyer behaviors.
  • Experiment with new channels to identify and scale new growth opportunities.
  • Use A/B testing and experimentation to improve ad creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Leverage performance data to guide keyword selection, ad copy, creative development, campaign structure, and bidding approaches.
  • Analyze campaign results, present findings, and implement recommendations to improve performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing Ops, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, and the EMEA Marketing team on integrated campaigns.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles while helping scale the company globally and across new offices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with paid search and/or paid social.
  • Programmatic display, ABM, affiliate, and landing page optimization experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing high-growth performance budgets across a fragmented multi-market landscape such as UKI, DACH, France, and Benelux.
  • Experience building campaigns and ads in platform-native tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and 6sense.
  • Experience with high-growth SaaS products and a strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel.
  • Familiarity with the B2B MarTech stack, including Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Experience trafficking ads, implementing tags in Google Tag Manager, and understanding server-side tracking and first-party data strategies.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to use both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions.
  • Proven ability to build performance marketing channels from the ground up and scale them to high paid spend.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and creative teams.
  • High ownership and accountability, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience working with both SMB and enterprise segments is highly valued.
  • Deep understanding of B2B attribution models and the non-linear buyer journey is preferred.
