Description

  • Ideate, design, and execute the K:Service marketing customer journey across all channels.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Service GTM teams to position K:Service for marketing and service buyers.
  • Lead campaign strategy and planning across high-reach and performance-focused digital channels.
  • Optimize audience-specific messaging and positioning to move net-new leads through the funnel.
  • Partner with content and creative teams to refine the customer journey and develop new content.
  • Align campaign strategies and goals with Brand, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Product-Led Growth, Web, and SEO teams.
  • Define and build measurement plans with the Analytics team to track success drivers by country, audience, channel, and tactic.
  • Gather, analyze, and report on campaign performance, learnings, and best practices.
  • Recommend content, creative assets, CTAs, and landing page experiences based on industry and competitive insights.
  • Develop success criteria to inform resource planning, campaign flighting, and prioritization across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience across channel, performance, lifecycle, demand gen, revenue, and integrated campaign marketing.
  • Proven experience building end-to-end customer journeys and campaigns that drive leads through the funnel.
  • Foundational knowledge of performance marketing metrics and experience reporting KPIs to executive leadership.
  • Advanced analytics experience managing complex data sets across site analytics and attribution models.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong ownership of results and execution quality.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and drive clarity across teams.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns, partners, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, high-growth environment and navigating ambiguity by creating new processes and streamlining workflows.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $124,000 to $186,000 USD for US locations.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
