Description

  • Own paid media strategy and performance across Meta, Native, and Google channels.
  • Lead and develop a team of direct reports across Meta, Native, and Google.
  • Set direction and performance standards for the Meta Acquisition Manager and Google media buying function.
  • Deeply manage Native advertising performance across Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, Revcontent, and related platforms.
  • Oversee agency partners across Amazon and retention, and align their work to growth targets.
  • Drive creative and offer strategy by shaping hooks, angles, advertorial structure, and testing velocity.
  • Own the full funnel from ad impression through checkout and post-purchase optimization.
  • Partner with creative, product, and tech teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain reporting that explains performance by platform, ad, funnel, and lander.
  • Diagnose channel and funnel issues quickly and take action before revenue drops escalate.

Requirements

  • 6 to 9 years of performance marketing experience, with significant time in direct response environments.
  • Experience managing or contributing to budgets at eight-figure scale.
  • Experience leading small teams and understanding how to both manage and develop people.
  • Strong Meta expertise across campaign architecture, creative strategy, audience systems, and platform volatility.
  • Deep Native advertising experience with Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, Revcontent, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong Google expertise across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and Demand Gen.
  • Direct response and creative strategy fluency, including offers, hooks, advertorial structure, and testing velocity.
  • Experience with DTC metrics such as contribution margin, CAC payback periods, cohort behavior, subscription mechanics, CPA, LTV, Churn, MER, AOV, and CVR.
  • Familiarity with attribution tools such as Hyros, Triple Whale, GA4, or equivalent.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced startups or scale-ups with limited structure and create systems without a playbook.
