Description

  • Develop executive-level relationships within strategic named accounts.
  • Own customer engagements end-to-end from prospecting and qualification through close.
  • Execute solution-based sales processes in complex sales campaigns.
  • Champion and model Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally and across new offices.
  • Drive revenue growth in new and existing customers with the largest total addressable opportunity.
  • Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to build and expand pipeline.
  • Learn customer businesses deeply to tailor sales conversations and create impact.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers in operational industries.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role with enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota overachievement in complex accounts and $500k+ ARR transactions.
  • Experience owning enterprise deal sizes and C-level relationships.
  • Willingness and comfort with strategic outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with line-of-business stakeholders such as Operations, Finance, and IT (preferred).
  • Awards for top achievement such as President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, or Top 10% (preferred).
  • Passion for the world of operations (preferred).
  • Must reside in the US and live in the CST time zone.
  • Ability to secure and maintain the legal right to work in the specified work location, if applicable.
