Description

  • Define and execute the business strategy for one or more global accounts in alignment with company goals and financial targets.
  • Lead a small team of sales representatives aligned to key accounts and mentor individual contributors.
  • Drive strategic sales initiatives and manage complex, high-value opportunities through to close.
  • Oversee territory pipeline, forecasting, and data-driven analysis to improve execution and results.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align sales strategy with broader customer and product objectives.
  • Provide leadership and change management across the extended account team to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate with executives and C-suite stakeholders to build trusted relationships and align business objectives.
  • Identify risks in global accounts and develop mitigation strategies to protect long-term success.
  • Manage account financial performance, including budget oversight, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  • Act as the primary advocate for clients within Everpure to ensure strong service and account support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful global field sales management experience.
  • Proven experience leading direct and globally matrixed teams.
  • Advanced experience selling into the financial services industry.
  • Experience managing large revenue streams of $100M+ and closing large single deals with Global Enterprise customers.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Everpure’s portfolio and the ability to develop holistic business solutions.
  • Ability to build business cases that justify investment using data and strong business acumen.
  • Credibility and influence to operate across and scale within a customer’s organization.
  • Ability to navigate global accounts and quickly understand internal dynamics.
  • Proven success alternating between player and coach to drive results.
  • Location: Connecticut/Boston.
