Description

  • Activate new users on the Parachute Health platform to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Execute outbound sales outreach through calls, emails, and demos to prospective clinicians and ambulatory facilities.
  • Respond to inbound leads quickly and nurture potential users through the sales process.
  • Manage opportunities in the CRM with accurate communication, next steps, and workflow tracking through handoff to implementation when needed.
  • Demonstrate the platform to prospects and explain how it interacts with EMR systems and network suppliers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate and nurture sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Partner with marketing, customer success, and product teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, market trends, and sales performance data.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with cold calling to generate SaaS client leads; healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Experience calling into ambulatory environments preferred.
  • Must reside in the U.S.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor solutions through active listening.
  • Comfortable adjusting conversations across different audience types and call points.
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback with a strong desire to improve.
  • Relentless, curious, and willing to go the extra mile for partners and internal teams.
  • Interest in healthcare technology and using technology to improve patient outcomes.
  • Strong ownership mindset and motivation to exceed expectations.
