Description

  • Own the end-to-end renewal analytics and forecasting process to improve pipeline confidence and visibility into churn and contraction drivers.
  • Build early warning systems and renewal health scoring models to identify at-risk accounts and enable timely intervention.
  • Analyze churn attribution and expansion patterns to deliver actionable recommendations to Renewals and Customer Success leadership.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and IT to design and implement process automations that reduce manual work and improve data integrity.
  • Create and present dashboards and quarterly business reviews that communicate renewal performance trends to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and IT to make the renewal process data-driven, scalable, and predictable.
  • Set analytical best practices for the Renewals organization and mentor others on tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Drive the global renewal forecasting process by integrating customer health insights and predictive analytics.
  • Translate messy data from Salesforce and SQL into streamlined reporting and operational strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Renewals, Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy & Analytics.
  • Advanced Salesforce (SFDC) experience building complex custom report types, dashboards, and calculated fields.
  • Strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills for data modeling, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue metrics, including GRR, NRR, churn, and expansion.
  • Proven ability to present complex technical findings to non-technical executive audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining visualizations in Tableau, Looker, or Sisense is preferred.
  • Experience using data science principles or statistical modeling to predict customer behavior is preferred.
  • Experience rolling out new tools or workflows to a global, decentralized sales or renewals team is preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth IoT, Fleet Management, or complex Enterprise SaaS environments is preferred.

  • Annual base salary of $70,210 to $94,400 USD.
