Description

  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional leaders to create and implement strategies that support the Enterprise Sales team.
  • Define, refine, and manage an intake and prioritization process for incoming requests.
  • Identify and reduce friction points that could slow revenue generation or pipeline progression.
  • Lead initiatives to improve the sales representative experience for teams managing named customers.
  • Work across internal departments to drive prioritization and execution of key improvements.
  • Increase revenue, with emphasis on growth and profitability from Enterprise customers.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.
  • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a sales support, deal strategy, or similar operations role.
  • Experience at a high-growth technology company with a sales team of 500+ people, or in a similar dynamic environment.
  • Significant experience with Salesforce reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and the broader sales technology ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills with AVP-level and above stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience driving complex cross-functional execution.
  • Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Action-oriented problem solver who can work on short timelines.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to improve sales efficiencies.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university.
  • Advanced analysis skills working with large, unstructured data sets and building complex models, preferred.
  • Experience with Zendesk or Zendesk Explore in an administrator capacity, preferred.
  • Salesforce CPQ experience, preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical stakeholders and business leaders, preferred.
  • High curiosity, proactivity, and self-motivation, preferred.
