Description

  • Partner with enterprise customers to improve the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using Samsara’s IoT platform.
  • Conduct customer workshops to understand business needs and recommend ways to best leverage Samsara.
  • Build joint success plans with clear metrics and timelines for multi-year customer outcomes.
  • Lead executive-level business reviews with senior stakeholders and align outcomes to operational priorities.
  • Translate platform capabilities into multi-product, industry-specific value narratives that support adoption and expansion.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, Product, and internal leadership to remove barriers and surface insights.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Samsara’s platform and explain it to a variety of industries and business types.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a Senior Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting role.
  • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence for handling complex enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build trust and communicate with executives, Sales, Product, Support, Engineering leaders, and end users.
  • Experience supporting or working with technical products.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Experience with Enterprise SaaS (preferred).
  • Strong bias for action, ability to think big, and insistence on high standards (preferred).
  • Experience serving and supporting large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies (preferred).
