Description

  • Oversee the customer journey from onboarding through renewal to maximize product usage across segments.
  • Develop standard onboarding procedures to accelerate time-to-value and deepen customer engagement.
  • Work with customers to create account development plans with objectives, milestones, and growth targets.
  • Monitor customer health using analytics and feedback to identify risks and prevent churn.
  • Act as the primary liaison across teams to clarify priorities, remove roadblocks, and support customer outcomes.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to share results, gather feedback, and reinforce Bitwarden’s value.
  • Identify expansion opportunities with Account Executives and provide account analysis and recommendations.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to share customer insights and influence feature and roadmap decisions.
  • Provide leadership with concise updates on key accounts, including usage trends, milestones, and concerns.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Bitwarden offerings and industry trends to advise strategic customers.

Requirements

  • Located in Australia or New Zealand.
  • This role will be filled as a full-time contractor because Bitwarden does not have an ANZ business entity.
  • Passion for user success and helping customers succeed at every stage of their journey.
  • Strong empathy and the ability to turn stakeholder needs into actionable plans.
  • Executive-level interpersonal skills with a consultative, sales-forward approach.
  • Analytical, data-driven decision-making using usage metrics, feedback, and adoption trends.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving customer needs and collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, and other teams.
  • Direct, transparent communication and strong presentation skills.
  • Commitment to a user-focused, product-led culture aligned with business goals and industry innovation.
