Description

  • Manage a portfolio of smaller ARR customer accounts in a programmatic way.
  • Understand standard customer use cases through diagnostic analysis and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Apply foundational product knowledge to prescribe solutions using established best practices and playbooks.
  • Build and maintain a support network to help resolve customer issues.
  • Plan and execute programmatic customer engagement strategies across multiple accounts.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively while running standard customer success cycles such as health checks.
  • Independently identify root causes for standard problems and guide customers through resolution.
  • Monitor account health to identify adoption opportunities and support customer retention and growth.
  • Articulate Okta’s value proposition to drive product adoption and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related professional experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in German.
  • Experience in customer success or a related role working with customers on a technical solution.
  • Customer-centric, proactive, and collaborative team-player mindset focused on driving adoption.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities, and meet deadlines.
  • Achievement of Okta Professional and Okta Admin certification.
  • Flexibility to occasionally attend global meetings, training, kick-offs, and offsites.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
  • Growth mindset, openness to feedback, and alignment with Okta core values.
