Description

  • Work closely with prospects and existing customers to connect their workflows with Fieldwire and demonstrate efficiency gains.
  • Advise customers through platform deployments, training sessions, and ongoing engagement programs to support satisfaction and account growth.
  • Partner with the Sales team to help customers realize maximum value from Fieldwire based on their business goals.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals across complex sales cycles throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Deliver virtual and in-person demos, trainings, and workflow consultations for customers.
  • Consult with customers to understand their current workflows, challenges, and pain points, and recommend process changes that support adoption and scalability.
  • Manage a portfolio of new and existing customers to improve usage, optimize processes, and build long-term relationships.
  • Identify product issues and share customer feedback with the Product team to support improvements.
  • Engage existing customers in marketing initiatives and industry events that promote Fieldwire.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the construction industry, ideally as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another construction-related field.
  • 3+ years of construction or construction-related industry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accessibly.
  • Diplomacy and patience when working through customer issues.
  • Comfort interacting with everyone from tradespeople to senior leaders and CEOs.
  • Self-motivation, strong organization, and strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to spend about 50% of working time talking with customers and travel for team meetings as needed.
  • Interest in learning and contributing to a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Very strong command of English and native-level fluency in German.
