Description

  • Act as the strategic owner of the Commercial and Mid-market business segments and identify the key levers for growth.
  • Represent the voice of the Commercial and Mid-market segments by synthesizing field feedback and market intelligence into company strategy, product roadmap, and customer programs.
  • Drive and track execution of cross-functional investments within the business.
  • Lead complex strategic projects such as new segment launches and field productivity improvements.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning, territory design, goal setting, forecasting, performance reviews, and in-quarter execution for sales leadership.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Own quarterly business reviews, monthly market updates, annual planning, and forecasting processes.
  • Pull, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to uncover trends, diagnose root causes, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Finance, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy & Operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience building trusting relationships and influencing others, including executive audiences.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and partnering with sales leadership.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with a deep sense of curiosity.
  • Strong bias for action and the ability to work with urgency.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to coach and grow a team of business operations associates and managers.
  • Experience at a high-growth B2B AI or SaaS company is preferred.
  • Experience working across large and dynamic markets is preferred.
  • Experience working with large data sets and tools such as Databricks, BigQuery, SQL, or similar is very helpful.
  • Low ego, good sense of humor, and comfort with ambiguity are preferred.

  • Annual base salary range of $148,680 to $265,500 USD.
