Description

  • Prototype, ship, and iterate on AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations for GTM teams.
  • Own the shared GTM AI platform architecture, including orchestration, LLM and tool gateways, identity and access, and MCP/SDK integrations.
  • Design and operate evaluation frameworks for LLM and agent behavior, including golden datasets, human review loops, regression suites, and production monitoring.
  • Set the technical and product strategy for GTM AI, including data foundations, instrumentation, governance, observability, model routing, and cost controls.
  • Own forecasting, propensity, and CRM data-quality products used by sales leadership.
  • Partner with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and deliver durable products.
  • Drive AI adoption through demos, frontline feedback, and advocacy with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
  • Establish responsible-AI practices for safety, privacy, reliability, least-privilege access, and human approval of system-of-record changes.
  • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, high-performing AI Engineering team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience across software engineering, machine learning, data science, or data platforms, including leadership experience and regular hands-on coding.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Experience building and shipping production LLM applications and agentic workflows, including tool use, retrieval, context engineering, and reliability.
  • Production full-stack and cloud engineering experience, such as Python or TypeScript, AWS, and Databricks.
  • Experience designing and running LLM or agent evaluation frameworks to guide quality decisions.
  • Fluent daily use of AI agents and coding assistants.
  • Track record of delivering internal or customer-facing AI/ML products with measurable business impact.
  • Experience with predictive modeling, experimentation, analytics, and data-engineering foundations.
  • Strong product judgment, communication skills, and ability to engage both executives and frontline users.
  • Experience building GTM AI or decisioning products in enterprise SaaS; familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, Zendesk, or knowledge-management systems is preferred.
  • Experience with agent frameworks, observability/evaluation tools, and model APIs such as Claude Code/Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, Braintrust, MLflow, Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google is preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $182,000–$325,000 USD, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
