Description

  • Implement Azure OpenAI API integrations for client applications.
  • Build and deploy RAG systems and related AI workflows.
  • Fine-tune and apply open source models for client use cases.
  • Experiment with different machine learning techniques to improve solution performance.
  • Create proof of concepts and MVPs for AI applications.
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models.
  • Lead AI project implementations from concept through delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on solution design and execution.
  • Research and apply new AI techniques, models, and approaches across industries.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of commercial software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI frameworks.
  • Experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with OpenAI API and Azure OpenAI API.
  • Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and GraphRAG.
  • Experience with embeddings reranking and database optimization for embeddings.
  • Experience with agentic workflows and defining tools for agents.
  • Experience with frameworks such as Autogen and Guidance.
  • Experience developing AI solutions in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of voice chatbots, voice processing, and speaker diarization.
  • Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, at C1+ level.
  • Based in the European Union.
  • Experience with open source GPT models such as Llama or Mistral (preferred).
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop (preferred).
  • A portfolio with ML model examples such as GPT or Stable Diffusion (preferred).
  • Industry-specific AI experience in healthcare or finance (preferred).
  • AI certification such as AI-900 or AI-102 (preferred).
